Lose Weight Today

Having PCOS, I have hormonal imbalances so I get to have excessive hair growth and hair fall, facial hair, sudden weight gains, irregular periods, and many others.

But since I wish to have another kiddo, a baby girl, I would do whatever it takes just to get pregnant again.

And I would start losing weight now. All for Eiea.

I personally work out my way to lose weight and grab that figure I've had years back then before I became a loving wife to hubby Rainier and a wonderful mom to our unico hijo, Eieo.

Eat only the good carbohydrates. Eating carbs is important. Yet, anything that is too much is really unhealthy. There are two kinds of carbs - the good and the bad. Good carbohydrates are truly nutritious. These can be found in fruits, vegetables as well as whole grain pasta, cereals and breads.
